Another Fruit Pastry Cake

This post was so over-due. After coming back from Tasmania, it seems that everything was halted.
Have been busy with work and also preparation of Christmas !

Anyhow, my parents seems to like this fruit pastry cake, therefore I have baked this especially for them.

 The attractive red strawberries sure add on to the overall presentation of thh cake.

The icing sprinkled over the cake made it prettier.
